Wow… it’s been awhile since my last post. I’ve had a couple people email me asking where I was, what was going on, and why I hadn’t posted anything. So, let me fill you in on what’s been going on. It’s been great!
1) I’ve dropped about 45-50 pounds since the beginning of the year and have kept it off. I’d like to lose about that much more, but that will take some extra work. On top of that, I’ve taken up a new hobby – running! I’ve been running some 5K races and next month will venture into the world of 10K races. I’ve been WAY out of shape and good health for way too long. You can read about it at the website site I started: http://MyWWStory.com
2) I’ve been taking some time off this summer for a few reasons – vacation time in Disney World, taking care of my wife before and after a lower back surgery, spending time with my family, hosting family at our home, etc. It’s been a bit of a whacko summer without much structure. But, that ended today when my kids started back to school, and my oldest daughter goes off to college on Wednesday.
3) I’ve been quietly researching, investigating, and seeking what I believe is the best direction for my home business, if I’m in the right business, what options there are for me, and what is ultimately the best choice out there to continue to grow, build, and thrive from this point and moving forward. I’ve got to tell you, I have investigated dozens and dozens of options, maybe even hundreds. Here are some I have looked at:
MLM – I looked at some multilevel marketing businesses. There are some good ones out there. While I believe in this industry, I’m not convinced that this is what is best for me and for my future.
Lots of Clickbank affiliate program products. I like Clickbank, but most of the people selling products on how to make money from home have no business selling a course. Just because they can make money doing something online doesn’t mean it is duplicatable, and teachable for someone else to do. So much of it is a huge waste of money.
Adsense courses – I’ve been a fan of Google Adsense for many, many years. In fact, I haven’t missed being paid by Google every month for at least 5-6 years. I love it. Making money with Adsense requires a commitment to online publishing. It’s a viable model in which I will continue to do, but will not be concentrating the bulk of my efforts to. I’ll probably give it 5-7 hours a week, maximum.
My National Leads business – I started National-Leads.com and selling leads almost 8 years ago now. I’m proud of that business. I believe we have a good loyal base of customers. I’ve been putting down on paper some ways to build, grow, expand, and better serve new and existing customers.
Those are a few, but I found there was a common denominator missing. Tomorrow, I am going to discuss that common denominator, which will now be the driving engine of everything I do. I am fired up about it. It’s not a scheme, scam, or sham. It’s exactly what has been missing for the last 12-18 months in my business. It will take everything I do with National Leads and my Adsense business to levels I have not previously been able to even dream about.
I’m looking forward to sharing that with you. Until tomorrow,
